Great! You’ve taken the first step for yourself in doing the research (Wow that part can be so overwhelming!) First we’ll set up a 20 minutes consultation to determine if we want to work together.

For the first session, we’ll go over paperwork and get to know one another. It’s a slow process in building a relationship and I take great delight in learning about your story and what makes you, you!

I ask clients to commit to meeting weekly for the first 3 months. After that, we’ll discuss needs and options for frequency. This process is collaborative, so we’ll continually be in conversation about your needs & feelings through this process.
